Refund policy

Cancellations: Please note that cancellations are not accepted once your list of purchased items has been submitted to our vendor, as this may cause delays for other customers’ orders. If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible—ideally before we begin processing and submitting preorder lists.

 

If the size you selected doesn’t fit properly, we’re happy to offer an exchange: 

Because all of our items are made to order through preorders, we cannot offer free exchanges due to sizing issues. If you selected the wrong size or if the size you chose doesn’t fit (too small, too big, etc.), you are welcome to request an exchange. However, please note:


  • You will be responsible for the return shipping fee to send the original item back.
  • A reshipping fee will apply to cover the cost of sending you the new size, since we must place a new preorder.
  • please make sure all original tags are attached & items must be in brand - new , unworn & unused condition 
  • items must be returned in its original packaging 
  • we do not offer returns - exchanges only

Return & Exchange Policy: 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges ( We only accept exchanges on certain items ) 

If you receive an item that is incorrect , please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Refunds are only granted if we are unable to ship your order or if an item is missing and no longer available. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Damages & Issues:

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for compensation through the shipping carrier.

How to Request a Refund from the Post Office for Damaged Packages

 

If your package was damaged during shipping, you may be able to file a claim with the post office. Typically, you’ll need:

1. Proof of Purchase – A receipt or invoice showing the item and shipping cost.

2. Proof of Damage – Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

3. Claim Form – Available from the shipping carrier.

4. Tracking Number – For the package in question.

5. Valid ID – To verify your identity.

We recommend contacting your local post office directly to ensure you have all necessary documents.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages: 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delivered to the wrong address, or damaged after being shipped. Once your order has been handed over to USPS or your selected carrier, it is no longer in our control.

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order, as changes may not be possible once the order has begun processing.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address: 

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update it.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact USPS directly to redirect it before delivery.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for paying a new shipping fee to have it resent.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking shows the order was delivered.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  • All original packaging (tags, pouches, boxes, etc.) must be included.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items.

Returns That Cannot Be Accepted:

 

  • Items that arrive damaged, used, or missing parts.
  • Returns received without prior approval.
  • Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.📦 

 

 

 

Shipping Responsibility:

 

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please ensure you package your return securely and consider using a trackable shipping method with insurance.

Refunds:

 

  • If your return is approved and the item arrives in perfect condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • If the item is damaged upon arrival, no refund will be issued, and the item can be shipped back to you upon request.

 

Personalized Jewelry : Please note that all of our custom and personalized jewelry pieces (like name necklaces) are specially made just for you, which means we don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items.


If there’s ever an issue with your order (like a defect or something that doesn’t match what you ordered), please message us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and clear photos so we can help fix the problem right away
